FAQ Property Management

 

1) What does your villa management service consist of?

We provide property management and supervision services for your villa: regular checks, coordination of service providers, preparation before arrival, monitoring during your stay, and restoration after departure. The goal: a spotless property, without any mental burden.

2) Who is this service intended for?

For owners of second homes, investors, families living far away, or clients who occasionally rent out their villa and want a consistent level of quality, with a single point of contact.

3) In which areas do you operate?

Mainly in Provence (Luberon, Alpilles, Avignon and surrounding areas). The French Riviera is possible depending on the property and frequency of requirements (on request).

4) What does day-to-day stewardship involve?

According to the formula:

  • Inspection visits (inside/outside)

  • Coordination of housekeeping, laundry, gardening, and pool maintenance

  • Small errands/restocking (upon request)

  • Readings, checks (water/electricity, access, equipment)

  • Owner's report (photos if necessary)

5) Do you manage check-in/check-out and welcome occupants?

Yes. We can organize a warm welcome: handing over the keys, showing you around the house, giving you instructions, providing assistance during your stay, then checking you out and inspecting the property at the end of your stay.

6) Can you coordinate cleaning and laundry?

Yes. We coordinate cleaning teams and laundry services (depending on available providers) to ensure a premium standard, with checks and feedback if any adjustments are needed.

7) Do you supervise garden/pool maintenance and technical service providers?

Yes. We coordinate service providers (pool maintenance, gardening, maintenance, repairs, air conditioning/appliances, etc.), schedule appointments, and monitor the quality of work performed.

8) What happens in an emergency (breakdown, leak, disaster)?

We operate in priority mode: diagnosis, securing the site, contacting service providers/insurance companies if necessary, coordinating repairs, then providing a clear report. The goal: to resolve the issue quickly and keep you informed without stress.

9) Do you carry out safety and prevention checks (before/during/after)?

Yes. Access controls, basic checks (doors, shutters, alarm if installed, essential equipment), and incident prevention (water, electricity, sensitive items). Each property has its own checklist.

10) How does the service work?

We start with a discussion and tour of the property: needs, frequency, existing service providers, sensitive issues, expected level of service. Then we formalize an organization (schedule, checklists, process), and get started.

11) How are villa management services billed?

At a monthly rate (visits + coordination) and/or per assignment (reception, check-in/out, emergency, full day), depending on frequency and complexity. Complete transparency: everything is agreed upon in advance.

12) What is not included?

Work and services provided by third parties (cleaning, gardening, pool maintenance, repairs, shopping) are billed separately. We do not provide on-site security/staffing services.
