Our private concierge service organizes and coordinates everything that makes a stay smooth, elegant, and stress-free: reservations, tailor-made experiences, logistics, assistance during your stay, and quick solutions in case of unforeseen events.
2) Who is this concierge service for?
For discerning travelers (couples, families, groups), second home owners, and guests who want to save time and experience Provence “like a local,” with premium service.
3) In which areas do you operate?
Mainly in Provence (Avignon, Luberon, Alpilles, etc.) and, depending on the program, on the French Riviera.
Each request is confirmed based on feasibility and requirements (schedules, distances, service providers).
4) What concierge services do you offer?
Depending on your needs:
Reservations for restaurants and exceptional venues
Tailor-made experiences (vineyards, villages, culture, nature)
Event planning (birthdays, marriage proposals, private parties, etc.)
Logistics for the trip (planning, addresses, timings, multiple reservations)
Assistance during your stay (adjustments, unforeseen circumstances, last-minute changes)
5) Can you create a tailor-made itinerary in Provence?
Yes. We build a tailor-made program (Luberon, Alpilles, Avignon, vineyards, markets, villages, etc.) with a pace that suits you: relaxed, balanced, or intensive.
You will receive a clear schedule (times, routes, reservations, recommendations).
6) Do you handle restaurant reservations?
Yes—and this is one of the most frequent requests. We manage the selection based on your preferences, the best options available, and any constraints (children, allergies, atmosphere, budget), then we confirm the reservation and centralize all the relevant details.
7) Can you organize “premium” experiences (wines, estates, private venues)?
Yes, subject to availability. We prioritize authentic, high-end experiences: tastings, tours, estates, exclusive locations, private moments.
The goal: quality, consistency, and no wasted time.
8) Can you handle all the logistics (reservations + travel)?
Yes. We can coordinate concierge services with the private driver: transfers, availability, timing of stops, route optimization, and real-time adjustments.
This is ideal for multi-stop days and short stays.
9) How does the concierge service request work?
You send us your request (dates, number of people, type of stay, preferences, constraints). We send you a clear proposal (plan + terms and conditions), then we confirm and make the reservations. During your stay, you will have a single point of contact to adapt the program.
10) How long does it take you to organize a trip?
Ideally a few days in advance, and even more so during peak season.
For last-minute bookings, we do our best depending on availability—but the more you plan ahead, the more we can strive for excellence.
11) How are concierge services billed?
Generally at a flat rate (organization/coordination) or per assignment, depending on complexity: number of reservations, level of urgency, access to highly sought-after locations, etc.
Everything is announced in advance, in a transparent manner.
12) What services do you not offer?
To remain consistent with our positioning and quality of service, we do not offer certain services such as private chefs, security, or villa staffing (dedicated on-site personnel). However, we can advise on and coordinate suitable solutions if you already have your own service providers.
