FAQ Private Driver
1) What types of trips do you offer?
We provide transportation for all journeys. luxury private driver : transfers airports / train stations, business trips, chauffeur services (by the hour/half-day/full day), sightseeing tours, events (weddings, parties, wine estates), as well as long-distance journeys (on request).
2) In which areas do you operate?
We mainly operate in Provence (Avignon, Orange, Carpentras, L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Gordes, Bonnieux, Lourmarin…), in the Luberon, the Alpilles (Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Eygalières, etc.) and on the French Riviera (Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Saint-Tropez…).
We also provide transfers and long-distance travel (France/international). with quote.
3) Do you provide airport and train station transfers?
Yes. We provide transfers to/from the main arrival points:
Airports : Marseille Provence (MRS), Nice Côte d’Azur (NCE) (others on request)
Train stations : Avignon TGV, Aix-en-Provence TGV, Marseille Saint-Charles, Nice-Ville (others on request)
The driver will monitor your arrival time and adjust accordingly in case of delays.
4) Do you offer a “provision” service, and how does it work?
Yes. The driver at disposal is ideal for a day in Provence, a series of appointments, or an event.
You reserve a number of hours (e.g., 2h, 4h, 8h): the vehicle and driver remain dedicated, with flexibility on stops, schedules, and routes within the agreed area.
5) What vehicles do you use?
We offer a high-end vehicle, comfortable and discreet, perfectly suited to premium transfers, families, and groups (depending on capacity).
Upon request, we can adapt the vehicle to suit your needs: luggage space, child seats, long-distance journeys, etc.
6) How many passengers and how much luggage can you carry?
It depends on the vehicle reserved, but the goal is to ensure comfort + luggage space (carry-on luggage, large luggage, strollers, etc.).
Simply tell me the number of passengers and pieces of luggage (and if you have any bulky items) when you make your request: we will work with you to determine the ideal configuration.
7) Are the prices fixed? What does the price include?
The rate is set in advance (based on quote) depending on: distance, duration, schedule, area, constraints (waiting time, stops, events).
The price generally includes: vehicle, driver, fuel, professional insurance, tolls/parking depending on the package (specified in the quote). No surprises Everything is finalized before confirmation.
8) How do I book a private driver?
You can book via the application form on the website, by phone, or by email.
For fast processing, please indicate: date, time, pick-up location, destination, number of passengers, luggage, and any special requests (child seats, stops, timing).
9) How far in advance should I make a reservation?
For simple transfers, ideally 24 to 48h in advance (when possible).
For summer, weekends, weddings/events, and tours (Luberon/Alpilles/Côte d’Azur), we recommend several days even 1 to 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability and optimal organization.
10) What happens if my flight or train is delayed?
We monitor arrival information and adapt our care accordingly.
In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you if necessary. Waiting conditions (included or billed) are specified. at the time of quotation, transparently.
11) Do you offer child seats?
Yes, upon request: booster seat and/or child seat depending on age and needs.
Please specify: age, approximate weight, and number of children when booking, so that we can prepare a suitable and comfortable setup.
12) Can I request a customized tour (vineyards, villages, French Riviera)?
Yes. We create custom tours : villages of the Luberon, Alpilles, wine estates, Provençal markets, coastline, Monaco...
You tell us your style (culture, photography, gastronomy, wines, leisurely or fast-paced), and we will suggest a smooth, elegant, optimized itinerary (travel time, parking, schedules).
