Private Driver<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>:<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"903\" data-end=\"923\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>2) Reservation<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"924\" data-end=\"963\">Reservations can be made via:<\/p><ul data-start=\"964\" data-end=\"1044\"><li data-start=\"964\" data-end=\"987\"><p data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"987\">website form,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"998\"><p data-start=\"990\" data-end=\"998\">email,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"999\" data-end=\"1044\"><p data-start=\"1001\" data-end=\"1044\">phone \/ WhatsApp (depending on availability).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1046\" data-end=\"1227\">To process your request, P.E.S. may ask you for the following information: name, phone number, email address, exact addresses, travel times, number of passengers, luggage, and any special requirements (child seats, pets, etc.).<\/p><p data-start=\"1229\" data-end=\"1250\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>3) Confirmation<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1251\" data-end=\"1315\">The reservation is considered <strong data-start=\"1281\" data-end=\"1294\">confirmed<\/strong> only after :<\/p><ul data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1445\"><li data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1381\"><p data-start=\"1318\" data-end=\"1381\">receipt of a <strong data-start=\"1334\" data-end=\"1357\">written confirmation<\/strong> (email\/message), and<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1382\" data-end=\"1445\"><p data-start=\"1384\" data-end=\"1445\">as appropriate, <strong data-start=\"1399\" data-end=\"1411\">payment<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"1415\" data-end=\"1426\">deposit<\/strong> (see below)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1447\" data-end=\"1483\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>4) Rates, deposit, and payment<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p><ul data-start=\"1484\" data-end=\"1818\"><li data-start=\"1484\" data-end=\"1625\"><p data-start=\"1486\" data-end=\"1625\">Rates can be provided <strong data-start=\"1522\" data-end=\"1537\">on request<\/strong> or in the form of <strong data-start=\"1555\" data-end=\"1564\">quotation<\/strong> (particularly for provision, tours, events).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1626\" data-end=\"1818\"><p data-start=\"1628\" data-end=\"1670\">Depending on the service, P.E.S. may request:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1673\" data-end=\"1818\"><li data-start=\"1673\" data-end=\"1705\"><p data-start=\"1675\" data-end=\"1705\">a <strong data-start=\"1678\" data-end=\"1699\">full prepayment<\/strong>, or<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1708\" data-end=\"1818\"><p data-start=\"1710\" data-end=\"1818\">a <strong data-start=\"1713\" data-end=\"1724\">deposit<\/strong> to reserve the vehicle (the balance being due before or on the day of service, as agreed).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1820\" data-end=\"1985\">Any costs incurred (tolls, parking, specific access, exceptional waiting times, overtime) may be re-invoiced if applicable and will be communicated as soon as possible.<\/p><p data-start=\"1987\" data-end=\"2031\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>5) Pickup, waiting, and delays<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"2032\" data-end=\"2161\"><strong data-start=\"2032\" data-end=\"2049\">Punctuality:<\/strong> P.E.S. is committed to arriving on time at the pickup location, subject to traffic and access conditions.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Waiting time included (unless otherwise agreed in the quote):<\/span><\/p><ul data-start=\"2228\" data-end=\"2482\"><li data-start=\"2228\" data-end=\"2338\"><strong data-start=\"2230\" data-end=\"2281\">Standard pick-up (address, hotel, train station)<\/strong> : up to <strong data-start=\"2292\" data-end=\"2306\">10 minutes<\/strong> of courteous waiting included.<\/li><li data-start=\"2339\" data-end=\"2482\"><p data-start=\"2341\" data-end=\"2482\">Beyond that, the wait may be <strong data-start=\"2370\" data-end=\"2382\">charged<\/strong> and\/or the transfer may be considered as <strong data-start=\"2426\" data-end=\"2449\">late cancelled<\/strong> if the customer does not show up.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2484\" data-end=\"2744\"><strong data-start=\"2484\" data-end=\"2518\">Airports\/train stations (arrivals):<\/strong> The waiting time takes into account unforeseen circumstances (delays, lost luggage). P.E.S. will provide you with details on the waiting arrangements at the time of confirmation.<br data-start=\"2641\" data-end=\"2644\" \/>If we are unable to reach you, the service may be classified as <strong data-start=\"2714\" data-end=\"2727\">\u201cno-show\u201d<\/strong> (see below)<\/p><p data-start=\"2746\" data-end=\"2796\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>6) Changes (date, time, itinerary)<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"2797\" data-end=\"2889\">You can request a change. P.E.S. will do its best to approve it, but it depends on:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2890\" data-end=\"2969\"><li data-start=\"2890\" data-end=\"2914\"><p data-start=\"2892\" data-end=\"2914\">about availability,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2915\" data-end=\"2940\"><p data-start=\"2917\" data-end=\"2940\">impact planning,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2941\" data-end=\"2969\"><p data-start=\"2943\" data-end=\"2969\">and the duration\/itinerary.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2971\" data-end=\"3134\">Any substantial modification (change of date, major change of itinerary, addition of stages, extension of duration) may result in a <strong data-start=\"3112\" data-end=\"3133\">rate review<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"3136\" data-end=\"3177\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>7) Cancellation \u2013 conditions and fees<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"3178\" data-end=\"3346\">The following fees apply <strong data-start=\"3212\" data-end=\"3239\">per reserved service<\/strong>, except for specific conditions indicated on your quote (wedding\/event, long-term rental, etc.).<\/p><p data-start=\"3348\" data-end=\"3384\"><strong data-end=\"3543\">&lt;12h<\/strong> : <strong data-start=\"3546\" data-end=\"3554\">100%<\/strong> of the amount provided for<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3573\" data-end=\"3660\"><strong data-start=\"3573\" data-end=\"3658\">Availability \/ tours \/ planned services (half-day \/ full day):<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"3661\" data-end=\"3780\"><li data-start=\"3661\" data-end=\"3701\"><p data-start=\"3663\" data-end=\"3701\">Cancellation <strong data-start=\"3674\" data-end=\"3682\">+72h<\/strong> : <strong data-start=\"3685\" data-end=\"3699\">without fees<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3702\" data-end=\"3747\"><p data-start=\"3704\" data-end=\"3747\">Cancellation between <strong data-start=\"3721\" data-end=\"3735\">72h et 24h<\/strong> : <strong data-start=\"3738\" data-end=\"3745\">50%<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3748\" data-end=\"3780\"><p data-start=\"3750\" data-end=\"3780\">Cancellation <strong data-start=\"3761\" data-end=\"3769\">&lt;24h<\/strong> : <strong data-start=\"3772\" data-end=\"3780\">100%<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3782\" data-end=\"3818\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>8) No-show (customer absence)<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"3819\" data-end=\"3852\">The following are considered \u201cno-shows\u201d:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3853\" data-end=\"4013\"><li data-start=\"3853\" data-end=\"3895\"><p data-start=\"3855\" data-end=\"3895\">customer not present at the meeting place,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3896\" data-end=\"3949\"><p data-start=\"3898\" data-end=\"3949\">customer unreachable after reasonable attempts,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3950\" data-end=\"4013\"><p data-start=\"3952\" data-end=\"4013\">or refusal to provide services at the last minute without legitimate reason.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"4015\" data-end=\"4061\">In this case, the benefit is payable to <strong data-start=\"4052\" data-end=\"4060\">100%<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"4063\" data-end=\"4104\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>9) Customer delay and extension<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"4105\" data-end=\"4142\">If you arrive late, P.E.S. may:<\/p><ul data-start=\"4143\" data-end=\"4339\"><li data-start=\"4143\" data-end=\"4190\"><p data-start=\"4145\" data-end=\"4190\">charge for additional waiting time,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4191\" data-end=\"4339\"><p data-start=\"4193\" data-end=\"4339\">or, if this makes it impossible to provide the service (due to a sequence of other clients), cancel the appointment (late cancellation\/no-show conditions).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"4341\" data-end=\"4487\">If you request an extension (overtime), it is accepted. <strong data-start=\"4417\" data-end=\"4440\">subject to availability<\/strong> and billed at the agreed rate (or according to the quote).<\/p><p data-start=\"4489\" data-end=\"4552\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>10) Force majeure \/ safety \/ exceptional circumstances<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"4553\" data-end=\"4946\">En cas d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements ext\u00e9rieurs (intemp\u00e9ries extr\u00eames, fermeture de routes, gr\u00e8ves, incidents majeurs, restrictions administratives, \u00e9v\u00e9nements de s\u00e9curit\u00e9), P.E.S peut adapter l\u2019itin\u00e9raire, l\u2019horaire ou, si n\u00e9cessaire, reporter\/annuler la prestation.<br data-start=\"4801\" data-end=\"4804\" \/>Dans ces cas, P.E.S recherche une solution \u00e9quitable (report prioritaire, avoir, ou remboursement selon la situation et les co\u00fbts d\u00e9j\u00e0 engag\u00e9s).<\/p><hr data-start=\"4948\" data-end=\"4951\" \/><p data-start=\"4953\" data-end=\"4978\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>B. Private concierge service<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"4980\" data-end=\"5004\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>11) Operation<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"5005\" data-end=\"5132\">Concierge services may include: research, recommendations, reservations, organization, coordination, and logistical support.<\/p><p data-start=\"5134\" data-end=\"5277\">Some reservations (restaurants, experiences, tickets, service providers) may be <strong data-start=\"5220\" data-end=\"5241\">non-refundable<\/strong> according to the partners' policy.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"5279\" data-end=\"5314\">\u00a0<\/h3><p data-start=\"5279\" data-end=\"5314\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>12) Cancellation (concierge service)<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p><ul data-start=\"5315\" data-end=\"5618\"><li data-start=\"5315\" data-end=\"5477\"><p data-start=\"5317\" data-end=\"5477\" class=\"translation-block\">P.E.S.\u2019s <strong data-start=\"\u201c5321\u201d\" data-end=\"\u201c5341\u201d\">service fees<\/strong> (for research, planning, and coordination) may still be due if the cancellation occurs after the assignment has begun.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5478\" data-end=\"5618\"><p data-start=\"5480\" data-end=\"5618\">The <strong data-start=\"5484\" data-end=\"5505\">partner fees<\/strong> (tickets, deposits, advance payments to service providers) follow <strong data-start=\"5555\" data-end=\"5583\">their own terms<\/strong> and may be non-refundable.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"5620\" data-end=\"5688\">Whenever possible, P.E.S. will inform you of the terms and conditions before confirmation.<\/p><hr data-start=\"5690\" data-end=\"5693\" \/><p data-start=\"5695\" data-end=\"5722\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>C.
