1) What types of trips do you offer?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

We provide transportation for all journeys. luxury private driver<\/strong> : transfers airports \/ train stations<\/strong>, business trips, chauffeur services (by the hour\/half-day\/full day), sightseeing tours, events (weddings, parties, wine estates), as well as long-distance journeys (on request).<\/p>

2) In which areas do you operate?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

We mainly operate in Provence<\/strong> (Avignon, Orange, Carpentras, L\u2019Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Gordes, Bonnieux, Lourmarin\u2026), in the Luberon<\/strong>, the Alpilles<\/strong> (Saint-R\u00e9my-de-Provence, Eygali\u00e8res, etc.) and on the French Riviera<\/strong> (Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Saint-Tropez\u2026).
We also provide transfers and long-distance travel (France\/international). with quote<\/strong>.<\/p>

3) Do you provide airport and train station transfers?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Yes. We provide transfers to\/from the main arrival points:<\/p>

  • Airports :<\/strong> Marseille Provence (MRS), Nice C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur (NCE) (others on request)<\/em><\/p><\/li>

  • Train stations :<\/strong> Avignon TGV, Aix-en-Provence TGV, Marseille Saint-Charles, Nice-Ville (others on request)<\/em>
    The driver will monitor your arrival time and adjust accordingly in case of delays.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    4) Do you offer a \u201cprovision\u201d service, and how does it work?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

    Yes. The driver at disposal<\/strong> is ideal for a day in Provence, a series of appointments, or an event.
    You reserve a number of hours (e.g., 2h, 4h, 8h<\/strong>): the vehicle and driver remain dedicated, with flexibility on stops, schedules, and routes within the agreed area.<\/p>

    5) What vehicles do you use?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

    We offer a high-end vehicle<\/strong>, comfortable and discreet, perfectly suited to premium transfers, families, and groups (depending on capacity).
    Upon request, we can adapt the vehicle to suit your needs: luggage space, child seats, long-distance journeys, etc.<\/p>

    6) How many passengers and how much luggage can you carry?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

    It depends on the vehicle reserved, but the goal is to ensure comfort + luggage space<\/strong> (carry-on luggage, large luggage, strollers, etc.).
    Simply tell me the number of passengers and pieces of luggage (and if you have any bulky items) when you make your request: we will work with you to determine the ideal configuration.<\/p>

    7) Are the prices fixed? What does the price include?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

    The rate is set in advance<\/strong> (based on quote) depending on: distance, duration, schedule, area, constraints (waiting time, stops, events).
    The price generally includes: vehicle, driver, fuel, professional insurance, tolls\/parking depending on the package (specified in the quote). No surprises<\/strong> Everything is finalized before confirmation.<\/p>

    8) How do I book a private driver?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

    You can book via the application form<\/strong> on the website, by phone, or by email.
    For fast processing, please indicate: date, time, pick-up location, destination, number of passengers, luggage, and any special requests (child seats, stops, timing).<\/p>

    9) How far in advance should I make a reservation?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

    For simple transfers, ideally 24 to 48h<\/strong> in advance (when possible).
    For summer, weekends, weddings\/events, and tours (Luberon\/Alpilles\/C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur), we recommend several days<\/strong> even 1 to 2 weeks<\/strong> in advance to ensure availability and optimal organization.<\/p>

    10) What happens if my flight or train is delayed?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

    We monitor arrival information and adapt our care accordingly.
    In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you if necessary. Waiting conditions (included or billed) are specified. at the time of quotation<\/strong>, transparently.<\/p>
